Unseen Waterloo The Conflict Revisited, the book, was published on 18th June 2015 on the 200th anniversary of the battle and to coincide with the exhibition at Somerset House.

The book has a first print run of 1815 copies plus 200 numbered Artist's editions. 

It is a large full colour photo book measuring approximately 370 x 290mm with around 240 pages. 

The book includes three texts;

  • A preface by Sam Faulkner, the artist
  • A historical essay by writer Nicholas Foulkes
  • An essay about the art inspired by Waterloo by art historian Satish Padiyar

The book is designed by Professor Phil Cleaver, one of ‘England’s most eminent graphic designers’ and edited by Patrick Kinmonth.

Unseen Waterloo was runner up in the 2015 Photography category of the British Book Design & Production awards.

The Unseen Waterloo Book is available in 3 exclusive and limited editions. 

Unseen Waterloo was chosen by Photo District News, an American Magazine, as one of their top photo-books of 2015.
